About the author
Fabienne is a language learning engineer and a French teacher for expatriates with over 14 years of experience, dedicated to helping expatriates and their spouses master French.
While studying linguistics, Fabienne discovered her passion for teaching FLE. This led her to pursue a master's degree in language education. Her journey then took her across India, Italy, and Spain before settling in Paris.
After a year of teaching French to a diverse group of learners and travelers, professionals, students, and retirees drawn to Paris, Fabienne found her true calling: supporting expatriates. Inspired by their unique needs, she developed a specialized teaching method and programs tailored exclusively for them.
Fabienne is the co-founder of Novexpat, the first Parisian French school designed specifically for expats.
When she's not teaching, you'll find Fabienne singing, exploring art history, or sharing the wonders of Paris with her young son. She loves discovering hidden coffee shops, visiting the Musée d'Orsay, admiring Monet's Water Lilies at the Orangerie, or wandering through the charming streets of the Marais.
With her sharp eye for explaining the nuances of French, Fabienne also delights in gathering amusing anecdotes from the expat community's Parisian adventures.
