Hi, I'm Fabienne Defaux
I'm a French teacher, language coach, and certified examiner, passionate about helping expats find their place in Paris through the French language.
For over 14 years, I've been supporting international professionals and families as they build confidence and ease in their daily lives in France.
In 2017, my husband Pierre-Yves and I created novexpat with a simple goal: offer flexible, human-centered French courses designed around the real experiences of expats in Paris.
Our teaching is rooted in real life. From administrative appointments to social conversations or professional situations, our programs are designed to help you use your French in the moments that matter.
